I was a potential student interested in the Substance Abuse Counselor program. I requested the materials, but after reading them I realized there really wasn't very much information in them. As a current surgical tech and vet tech, I had questions about the internship requirements since they gave practically no information about it, and I wanted to make sure I would be able to complete it as required having a full-time job. I sent an email to
customer service, and the response I received back was unbelievably rude and insulting! All I had were a few questions, very simple, and I was polite and courteous, but this woman basically called me ***. I then complained about her to PF, where I was told they would get back to me, but I never heard anything back. All I can say is if this is how they treat people when their goal is to try to get them to sign up, I can only imagine how they must be once you're locked in, and have a question about your class. Reading these reviews here, I am comforted to see that it wasn't just me, and I'm very very glad I had questions before signing up, or I may have made the mistake of becoming a student here. 1292801
