I never got the chance to start and tried to cancel". I lost debit card and had a new one/. They needed my bank to write letter with new card number and old card number to get refunded?. I sent a fax to let them know I couldn't get this doen to just cancel and refund via ceach;. They did not cancel.. They tried to charge my old debit card.. called back got a very rude anc condescending support center fella and he said I owed them money but he would do me a favor and just cancel the class for me and *** what I owed?. They kept the cancelation fee as well as the other money I had paid?. this is not good business and I will go to the BBB about this. 12923c0
